1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and paki11 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the paki11 website located at https://paki11.pro and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of paki11 in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood all provisions contained herein.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of paki11 services, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one account on paki11 at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. paki11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• Notification of breach: You must notify paki11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Account verification: paki11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance checks. This is a licence obligation, not a discretionary measure.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your paki11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable terms and KYC compliance.

paki11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice where the Company reasonably believes that immediate action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

paki11 supports a range of deposit methods tailored specifically for Pakistani players. All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and have been verified as part of your KYC profile.

Accepted deposit methods include:

paki11 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

paki11 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The majority of withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within one business day.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on paki11:

1. KYC completion: Your account must have completed full identity verification before any withdrawal can be approved. This is a non-negotiable licence requirement.
2. Matched payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible. This is an anti-money-laundering measure.
3. Wagering requirements: If your balance includes bonus funds, all applicable wagering requirements must be met before those funds become withdrawable. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to a bonus are not restricted by wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

paki11 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• One bonus per household/IP: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting funds can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each offer is published in that offer's terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution breakdown for each game type is detailed within each offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire within a defined period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotional offers.

7. Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games available on paki11 — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and the paki11 sportsbook rulebook, in addition to these Terms.

The following general gameplay rules apply across the paki11 Platform:

• Certified RNG: All casino game outcomes on paki11 are determined by independently certified random number generators. No employee, agent, or system of paki11 can influence game outcomes.
• Bet settlement: paki11 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to pricing errors, system malfunctions, or erroneous game data feeds. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, paki11 will resolve the round in accordance with the technical procedures of the relevant game provider. paki11 is not liable for disconnections caused by issues outside our direct control, including but not limited to your internet service provider, mobile network, or device failure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paki11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports market in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or abuse of insider information in sports betting markets.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from paki11.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from any Platform content.
• Use paki11's name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by paki11.

Any unauthorised use of paki11's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paki11 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.
• Any errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission of the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data not caused directly by paki11's gross negligence.

paki11's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your paki11 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit paki11's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. paki11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

12. Amendments to Terms

paki11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect:

• Updates to our licence obligations or regulatory requirements.
• New features, services, or payment methods introduced on the Platform.
• Changes in applicable law or legal interpretation affecting the gaming industry.

When material changes are made to these Terms, paki11 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which paki11 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and paki11, the following resolution process applies:

2. Formal complaint: If your concern is not resolved at the informal stage, you may submit a formal written complaint to paki11. paki11 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
3. Escalation: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by paki11's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
